Green Lung Studio is an art habitat with an aim to offer a safe space for creations and their creators.

BEHIND THE NAME

There’s a small island in the middle of Bangkok known as Bang Kachao, otherwise known as the Green Lung. It’s an oasis amidst a bustling city, full of life and fresh air… a step away from the madness. Our goal is to be such a place to those who come through our doors. To offer a haven to the artists who so beautifully showcase their souls to the world while also offering an inspiring experience to the onlookers who come to partake.

THE STUDIO

A small studio set in Gowanus, Brooklyn designed for versatility. It is here where we host a myriad of live events, art shows, and classes highlighting the local talent within the community. We have created a space that can be transformed so that it may be utilized for anything our resident artist’s curate. In addition to the standard production studio set up with a grid and seamless paper rolls, our 15’ ceiling space has a small moveable stage and sound system for performances, a screen and projector for screenings, and moveable walls for gallery hangings among other features.
